My name is Nixaliz Hernandez — HR leader, former Mediator, and Arbitrator with 22+ years of experience building strong HR foundations and resolving complex workforce challenges.
I bring deep expertise across the full HR spectrum — benefits, policies, compliance, and workforce planning — combined with hands-on experience in employee relations, labor disputes, and high-stakes investigations across industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and public-sector environments.
My background in mediation and arbitration means I don't just advise — I resolve. Organizations trust me to protect their people, their culture, and their bottom line.
